The library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. The library has podiums, whiteboards, projectors, a microphone system, and access to refrigerator space available upon request. Please see the attached policy for the details of use. Use of the meeting rooms is limited to the library's open hours.
Conditions of Meeting Room Use
Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy (see below) to reserve a room. For-profit groups may use the space for a fee as set by library policy. For-profit groups should contact the library's community relations manager (prmgr @ pickawaylib.org) for more details.
Younkin Branch Library - The meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people. A limited number of tables are available.
Main library - The Koch meeting room, can hold up to 40 people theater style (without tables). The Crites-Hannan meeting room, located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left, can accommodate up to 70 people theater style (without tables). The Berger room is available for small group meetings of 10 or less. Tables are available in rooms for a variety of arrangements. Small conference rooms are available for use on a first-come-first-serve basis for groups of two to six people.
