Public Participation
Any individual or group wishing to speak at a Board meeting must contact the Fiscal Officer by email (fiscalofficer@pickawaylib.org) or phone (740-477-1644 x221) at least 24 hours prior to the Board meeting to be placed on the agenda. Speakers must reside in Pickaway County and must provide their name, address, phone number and the subject or issue on which they wish to speak.
