Meeting Rooms

The library offers several types of meeting rooms to meet the needs of the community. The library has podiums, whiteboards, projectors, a microphone system, and access to refrigerator space available upon request. Please see the attached policy for the details of use.

Conditions of Meeting Room Use

Groups must meet the library’s meeting room use policy (see below) to reserve a room. Contact the library's community relations manager (prmgr @ pickawaylib.org) for more details. 

Additional Details

Younkin Branch Library Meeting Room is available by reservation on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5PM to 8PM. The meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people. A limited number of tables are available. 

Main Library - Library meeting rooms are available during the library's open hours.The Koch Meeting Room, can hold up to 65 people theater style (without tables). The Crites-Hannan Meeting Room, located inside the second set of sliding doors to the left, can accommodate up to 70 people theater style (without tables). The Berger Conference Room is available for small group meetings of 10 or less. Tables are available in rooms for a variety of arrangements. Small conference rooms are available for use on a first-come-first-serve basis for groups of two to six people.
