FRIENDS OF LIBRARY USED BOOK SALES

The Friends of the Pickaway County District Public Library will resume their Used Book Sales on Saturday, May 5. The sales will be held in the book bay, located at 1160 North Court Street, on the first and third Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Oct. 6.

Dates for the sales will be May 5, May 19, June 2, June 16, July 7, July 21, Aug. 4, Aug. 18, Sept. 1, Sept. 15 and Oct. 6.

The Friends of the Library sponsor many programs at the library including Summer Reading for all ages; teen programs at the Main Library on the second and fourth Tuesdays; Movie Nights at Main on the third Thursday; children’s programs; Movie Matinees at Younkin Branch in Ashville on the second Thursday; Wii Gaming at Younkin Branch on the fourth Thursday; and National Gaming Day in November.
